Forms and signups

Hello everyone, 
This page is mainly for parent access attached at the bottom will be links to three documents, the documents are forms for the following: Parent chaperone signups, the shopping list, and the team journal. We will maintain a journal on a meeting to meeting basis. This will have a formatted summary of what we did that day with some photos of what we did. We need a parent to come for every single meeting or else we will not be allowed to use the school's room we would like it if parents could sign up to chaperon for two meetings per semester. Since we have a team of 15 members this will let cover it for the whole school year.
